A correction. If something on this site is wrong — a botanical name, a date, a claim about the research — please tell us. We’d rather fix it than defend it, and corrections get dated so you can see what changed.
A batch certificate you can’t find. If you have one of our products and its batch isn’t published on the sourcing page, email us the number. We’ll send the certificate and fix the page.
Anything about how the products are made. Sourcing, processing, testing, the supply chain. If we know, we’ll tell you. If we don’t, we’ll say so and go and find out.
What we can’t help with
We can’t advise on your health. Not what to take, not how much, not whether something is right for your condition or safe alongside your medication. That isn’t caution for its own sake — we’re not qualified, and someone who is will give you a better answer. Your GP or a pharmacist.
